Three ways to run your queue

Customers receive sequential ticket numbers — 001, 002, 003, and so on. Suitable for service counters, clinics, post offices, etc. Optional: setup a queue display by loading Qliner on a browser on a tablet or computer attached to a monitor, and place it where your customers can see it.

  1. Customer scans QR Code and enters the queue by tapping on a button.

  2. Customer sees their assigned queue number. E.g. 001.

  3. Queue is updated live on the customer's phone and queue display.

  4. Manager sees all parties in queue, selects who to serve next.

  5. Both queue display and customer phone shows updated queue.

  6. This repeats until the queue is empty.
